christmas cheer on the back porch

mr. dan's snow shoes
an old plaid cooler
a white motel chair
(from a 'no-tel' motel no doubt)
and a christmas banner which used to hang in downtown franklin

set the scene on my back porch....

(mr. dan collects all those golf  'eggs' from the back yard)

snow!

our very first snowfall of the year!

Love the photos? Your Husband did good collecting all those "golf eggs". :-D
No snow here, just ice and thank goodness that has melted - for now.

I love the white piece hanging above your porch. Is it antique crochet or paper doilies...I cannot tell. Lovely.

Funny, that was my first thought. Lots of color here! I love your bright red touches, and the jar of golf balls adds a touch of whimsy. You've created a wonderful welcome, Erin, and I quite agree that a fresh dusting of snow makes it all look magical.
