recently, my best junkin buddy and i , traveled up to kentucky, to Pelly's Farm... i blogged about their farm here... i always find cool junk up there and this time i came across this little green house made from old windows. cute , right? i just set her on an old table and filled her up with fun stuff and lots of greenery. |
here is the arbor with the old charcoal stain. too dark! |

I love this little greenhouse filled with fun junk and greenery! So cute! I never lived on a golf course but I guess you DO have to worry about balls coming into the yard and ruining your decorative pieces! Glad your arbor with its new lovely color keeps things safe! Enjoy your trip to the beach! Your description sounds Heavenly! Hugs, Leena
What a beautiful sight Erin! Love what you have done with the arbor.. Looks fantastic!
Enjoy the beach!!!

Absolutely love your garden folly! Happy Weekend...
And what a pretty vignette you created inside. I have been tempted to get something similar for my courtyard area, but doubt it would survive the squirrel population.
Hope you are enjoying the weekend.
Love the light new look for your arbor and that garden folly is adorable! Have a great week unplugged!
It's always a joy to see what you've been creating. Your deck and arbor are so pretty, and your mini greenhouse is just as sweet!
Your folly garden is gorgeous and full of such beautiful little treasures. You have such a way with things.
Enjoy your time at the beach. It sounds truly luxurious and relaxing.

Oh...this is soooo pretty. I just love it!
I totally love your new find Erin! That little glass house is too cute for words! And it looks fabulous there the way you decorated it and now that you painted the pergola white. Very pretty and inspiring pictures and I had to pin them to my garden inspiration board. Thank you for sharing!
Sending you Happy Summer wishes from Boxwood Cottage in Germany

Your folly is so cute! I thought for a minute it was a full-size greenhouse. :)
Definitely the arbor is better painted. Bright and clean.

What a wonderful little world you have created inside! I love it! I have my eye our for a little greenhouse terrarium. They are pretty pricey so I think I need to hit up some flea markets.
Hi Erin,
You are so kind... Thank you so much for visiting and leaving such a sweet note about Honey Bee... I must say,
no one paints a horse like you do.
Yours just take my breath away.
Years ago, I use to paint horse heads, (not the body) so this was a first.
You are always such an inspiration.

Your garden is enchanting!
I just love that little green house. I'm hoping I can talk my other half into letting me make one. He's not a junker; but I'm slowly breaking him in. He thinks some of the stuff I LOVE is NOT in good taste---GRRR! I need to find a way to win him over to my taste in garden art. His yard was a BLANK CANVAS when I moved in with him. So far I've only got 3 flower beds up front of the house. I'm working on getting some more out back off the patio. Wish me luck! And you have fun in the sun! Enjoying your posts!
What a great idea to set it on a table. I have one setting in flower bed but it's being moved to a table this year to fill with greens.

Beautiful ideas! I have a greenhouse idea full scale with 90 used windows. I just need the lumber to frame it, then, windows windows windows!
