this vine covered in dainty white flowers is all abloom in my backyard right now....
a refreshing and dependable vine
that blooms towards the end of the summer...
no matter how hot
or dry
or humid
the summer has been....
which it has been!
boy howdy.
it has been.
this morn
the humidity level was 98%!
hence the drippy windows in the morning.
and drippy gardener all day.
it takes forever for my camera lens to defog too.
erin
is ready
for fall....

Stunningly beautiful Erin . . . Do you know the name of the vine? It looks similar to a vine I saw on a fence a few years ago . . . yours looks almost the same! So lovely . . .
Gorgeous photos Erin!
Those tiny flowers look like snow flakes....so pretty! :)
A pretty sight to see this time of the year when most everything thing in bloom has faded.
I always enjoy seeing your beautiful photos.
I love it, love it! My mom called it "August Clematis"... and it smells like heaven. If you hang your clothes on a clothesline when it's blooming they will take on the scent and it's wonderful...
Cindy
Erin this must be a late clematis...lovely pictures and was that antique blue insulators in one of your photos? You are so talented with your camera. Hope it cools down soon for you.
i love the lacy blooms through the lace!
savoring the last bits of summer here and don't mind humidity one bit!

It looks like a fresh fallen snow has covered your vine. Maybe that thought will cool you off!
Your photos are breathtaking!
What a splendid clematis. It's looks like lace Erin. hugs, olive
Your garden still looks like a cool slice of Heaven, despite the wretched heat! I love your photographs and you have such wonderful taste.
I wanted to let you know that I will be in Franklin Tenn in December participating in the Dickens Christmas. Hope you can make it!
Gorgeous! Your garden does look wonderful after the heat of summer. But I knew it would :) The humidity has been terrible here too ... miserable.
Your header is gorgeous as well!
Hugs,
Donna
