i have this lil white christmas tree in my kitchen window.... |
which i have adorned with sweet lil birdies.... |
lil white houses.... |
nests from nature.... (lil tip.....when bringing a real nest into your home, zap it in the microwave to kill any parasites) |
tree skirt is really an antique blouse with the prettiest lil pleats and trims.... |
i adore my cement swans that flank the tree... with rusty old iron porch pieces tucked in.... |
sitting a top a blue rifle cabinet with chunky feet.... |
this is my lil birds eye view when i am at the kitchen table.... real birdies flutter outside on my many bird feeders.... |
thanks for stopping by today! it won't be long before christmas is here.... are you ready! * erin |

What a sweet little tree for your birds and nests to perch in! The whole setting is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI am not ready and I am exhausted. Worked 5 hours out n the cold warehouse today...If I had Ba--s they would be snowballs...
ReplyDeleteHi Erin,
ReplyDeleteLove your white birdie tree and always love your swans. And appreciate seeing others' decor as I won't get to any this year, at least not at my house (doing Mom's for her).
Thank you for sharing your bits of holiday magic!
xo
oh, I'm in love with your birdie tree!
ReplyDeleteI Love all that white Erin. You are so very creative. and that gun cabinet with the chunky feet....ohhhh that is mouth dropping gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteYou have such skills and you've gathered so many great accessories. You must have a warehouse full. Simply wonderful.
ReplyDeleteErin, you can create such beauty with nature... I love your little birdie tree.
ReplyDeleteYes, Christmas will be here before you know it.
Enjoy the holidays,
fondly,
Penny
LOVE!
ReplyDeleteI have those same little white cottages hanging on your tree! And those simple little trees, I have those too!
This year I made everything white and gray. There is just something about an almost monochromatic theme that sets me at peace and your home erin, OH does it make me smile. Happy day! Anita
Oh, Erin. It is absolutely perfect. Gentle and sweet.
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you so much for your comment re: my starting to blog again with a new focus. You understand completely.
Have a happy one,
Lin
Erin - your tree for your birds is adorable...thanks too for the tip about putting the nest in the microwave - I will do that the next time. No I am not ready but it is coming anyway!
ReplyDeleteI love your little white tree and how perfect your birds look in it. Merry Christmas Alaina
ReplyDeleteSo Pretty!
ReplyDeleteNo - I am not ready. Can't seem to focus on the holidays this year.
Enjoy your evening and stay warm.
Hi girlie! It's all adorable as usual. I just can't seem to step away from COLOR at Christmas. Although, I'm loving some of the simpler, neutral decorating I'm seeing. Well, my house is ready since I had a party last night. But, the gift buying, not nearly ready. Love to you from California!
