ellie is home!

oh JOY!
my sweet friends,
she has returned!
we are so happy and relieved.
the not knowing was tearing us apart,
and we will probably never really know the details of her adventure. there remains some unanswered questions, but
all that matters is that this sweet 8 year old dog has found her way back to us.
i have been overwhelmed with your concern and prayers for her safety.
thank you so very much.
this internet is a powerful thing indeed and i am deeply touched.
at this time of year, when the most special holiday is here, i am filled with HOPE and FAITH from your outpouring for this doggie.
my heart is light now.
what a wonderful christmas present.

    I am so happy Ellie is home! We all love fur babies that come into our lives and I am glad she is home for Christmas! Wonder what stories she could tell :)

    I feel for you since my pups went missing for a day during a huge rain storm a few weeks back but finally were found by an unknown neighbor several blocks away (on the edge of the wilderness!). A huge blessing! Makes you appreciate them even more!

    YAHOOOOOOOOOO!!!! GOD KNOWS WE ALL PRAYED and even shed a tear for this canine caper! Who knows why they take off like that, but WE REJOICE WITH YOU ERIN! YIPEEEEEE! God loves His creatures too!     So relieved to hear the good news. I kept seeing the title of the last post and it pained me to see it and then today I just had a second to get on the computer and saw the good news and had to say WOO Hoo!!! happy days are hear again.
