oppressively so.
i'm an outside girl.
but right now
well...
it's a relief
to be
INSIDE.
gardens planted.
lots of hard work and sweat behind me.
gears changing.
time to cool off.
slow down.
come inside.
time for art.
my art.
no
denying
it.
inspiration is everywhere just now.
i can feel it...it's inside me.
i can't help myself now...it's in there.
i must let it out.
let go of the fear.
be confident.
trust what is inside.
trust.
Wow Pow and Zowie

Wonderful images and so full of inspiration. Cats paw is just too sweet.
ReplyDeleteOh Erin, the end of your post gave me goosebumps. Daisy on the swan had me smiling. Your home is so calm and soothing. Cobalt blue is my favorite color and is showecased so beautifully in your home against all the wonderful whites. Gorgeous! HOpe your weekend is filled with wine and lots of art (or vice versa) :) best wishes, Tammy
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic post. I love Daisy! She is so toughtful and we all wish for the answer to her question.
ReplyDeleteWith sweet Daisy riding on the back of a swan, I can see there are smiles to go with all this inspiration. Enjoy your creative time, Erin!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful. You make me want to paint my living room and everything else white and do the blue accents. So fresh and light! I love it!
ReplyDeleteAnd your kitties are adorable.
So sad about the oil spill. If I wasn't teaching art camp for the next 10 weeks I'd be trying to get there to clean birds. My heart breaks with the pelicans.
I came back to see if my comment went thru yesterday and I see it got lost in the blackhole of blogland:)) so just wanted to wish you happy inside time. It was a little sticky here too today.
ReplyDeleteLove seeing images of Daisy....how she's grown!!!
