Bellemeade Plantation

i met with jen (mother of the bride) and Katie (bride to be) at bellemeade plantation today...

katie will be married at this gorgeous estate over labor day weekend.

thought i'd show you around.

i love the lipstick red roof.

smokehouse fronted by red knockout roses.

there's that roof again.

this out building has a dog trot breeze-way and old kitchen garden.

yes, it really pops.

a peaceful place to sit, under the magnolia tree.

just "touches"
of red are all one needs.

moss love!

oh yea.

this reminds me...

i need to pick up some new lipstick.

That is just so delightful. How dreamy and beautiful for a wedding, lucky girl.

Thanks for the great pictures, I love the contrast of the lipstick red and the white too.

It's the perfect place for a wedding. Red for love! Maybe that's why they chose it. The moss roof is wonderful and now that I see it..it makes me not hate the moss that's growing on mine so much. Though it doesn't look half as nice.
